Service Description

Therapeutic sports massage is a type of massage technique that focuses on treating soft tissue aches, pain and injuries that are associated with recreational and sports activities. This massage will help reduce muscle stiffness and inflammation as well as improve flexibility and range of motion. Sports massage techniques will also improve recovery by reducing heart rate and blood pressure in highly active individuals and athletes.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment. Failure to call and cancel/reschedule 24 Hrs prior the set time will result in a charge of $50 added to your next massage service. 24 Hr Cancellations and No Call/No Show will result in a full charge.
